This is a custom screened-in porch in Silver Spring, Maryland, designed as a multifunctional outdoor living space that blends comfort and style. Built adjacent to the living room, the new porch features a Jacuzzi, cozy seating with chairs and tables, and a small woodburning furnace for year-round use. Surrounded by a lush backyard and forest views, it's the perfect retreat for working from home or entertaining family and friends. Just off the kitchen, we added a compact deck with a built-in grilling station to make outdoor cooking and dining seamless and enjoyable.
