Additions & Energy Upgrades

The owners of this home were looking for green upgrades to the property. Peabody Architects became their first choice due to their expertise in green building. Most homes in this neighborhood were built in the 1950's and are solid masonry structures with no wall insulation and very little attic insulation. The upgrades chosen for this project include: spray foam insulation, triple pane windows, radiant floor heat, and natural day-lighting by adding more windows.
