This client came to us with the hope of adding a screened porch to enjoy the outdoors. The sliding doors of the new screened porch are a perfect segue to the outdoors, and coupled with large windows, result in lots of natural lighting and seamless connectivity to the outside. Tubular skylights were also added to allow for more natural lighting in the interior spaces. A wood burning fireplace and ceiling mounted heat lamps now allow the family to enjoy the porch in winter. The ceiling fan helps keep the space comfortable in summer.
