A home with a single floor was found to be too small for one particular client. So with the help of dk Contractors a second floor was added in less than four months. This doubled the size of their living space (1200 square feet to be exact) and added three bedrooms and two bathrooms to their home.

Temporary support beams was added in order to build the foundation.
For this Project a client wanted to expand their kitchen using the space from their back porch, but because the porch was on the first floor of a two story house this made the construction a little challenging. So before the construction, temporary support beams needed to be constructed. We needed to build a new foundation that would connect to the existing house.

An addition was added to a house in Rockville. It was added to the back of the house and almost doubled its size. New siding was added all thoughout to make the addition blend in.

I cannot imagine a more professional
experience. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about
construction and inspires complete confidence in his
clients...Daniel's crew was a pleasure to work with. They are
skilled craftsmen, but also very pleasant to get to know.
Everyone came on time, was responsive to our needs, respectful of the property (e.g., meticulous clean-up each day), and worked as a team.

I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the project. The work was completed with excellent quality and attention to detail. Daniel's team arrived on time every day and worked meticulously every day to get the project done...This was all expertly done. I really felt that the team was working as if it was their own home. They were even very contientious about locking the door in the evening when they left for the day when no one was home.

After seeing 7 contractors for planniong and estimates- decided on DK because price was reasonable, liked Daniel's work style and ethics. Sure glad I did! He started (and finished) the job on time and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project...The site was cleaned up every day and organized. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here in this space. I had no challenges with Daniel and his team. I have no regrets and the basement area is beautiful...I will absolutely work with him again and highly recommend his services.

Daniel always kept appointments, was punctual and helpful, as were his workers. The service door & windows installed by Daniel's firm lock precisely & operate smoothly. Daniel made suggestions for insulation (not included in his work). All work appears to be professional-grade.

The job was performed on time and with minimal fuss. The work was high quality and issues that arose during the renovation were brought up on a timely basis...They cleaned up and removed all debris after the job. We would and have recommended Daniel to others.
