Most bath remodels we have done over the years are because lifestyles have changed and the rooms are outdated. People mostly take showers and see no need for the 1950's bathtub. There are many more styles of tiles, plumbing fixtures, and glass partitions available today than in the past. Updating a bathroom has many benefits. New materials such as tile and glass are more user friendly. They're easier to keep clean and much more aesthetically appealing. Today’s waterproofing methods are better than they've been in the past, making bathrooms last a lot longer.
