What We Do

Additions

Many of our addition projects are done because people need more space. An addition is a great way to improve the space and atmosphere of an existing house, allowing for the opportunity to incorporate benefits such as added square footage, improved solar gain, and green features.

Basements

​Exterior structures, decks, and porches are great for experiencing the outdoors during warm months and can be of great benefit to you as they provide new outdoor space, an extension of your home, and a great view. They encourage people to interact with their natural environment.​​

Bathrooms

Most of the bath remodels we have done over the years are because lifestyles have changed and the rooms are outdated. People mostly take showers and see no need for the 1950s' bathtub. There are many more styles of tiles, plumbing fixtures, and glass partitions available today than in the past.

Whole House

Whole house renovations allow homeowners to remove walls to enlarge and open up spaces, add windows for better daylighting, change the flow, and update lighting and electrical. Many smaller homes in desired zip codes are undergoing these upgrades.
