Second Story Addition

- Takoma Park, MD -

This second story addition was a long-anticipated project. The family needed more bedrooms, and the home needed the upgrades. We removed the chimney and converted the fireplace to gas. On the second floor we added a master suite with freestanding tub, shower, walk-in closet, and home office. All of the exterior was redone with new Hardie siding and PVC trim. The front porch and back patio were items the homeowner always wanted.
