This client in Takoma Park, MD had an old, screened porch that needed to be updated. They initially thought of doing a single-story sunroom addition to replace it, but after consultation with their financial advisers, they decided to add two floors. The first floor is their new family room, and the second floor added a master bathroom with shower and tub, a walk-in closet, and a small study.
