This client came to us with the hope of being able to add an addition that would include a master suite, a guest bedroom with a home office, and a larger kitchen and dining area. We were able to design a two-story addition that included all of their desired features with a footprint of less than 400 sq ft. The additional space now enables the family to entertain guests better, have dedicated spaces for their kids to play, and enjoy a new private master suite.
